The guys from UAD told us the next they we hava to go to some opening ceremony. In the morning we did some administration in the office and got our incredibly thick orange uniform shirts with long sleeves. (I lost that somewhere the same day, unintentionally I swear).
Then we walked through a building on a long passage, full of students and were led to a stadiium. People were laying camping on matresses all over the place.
Then as I was questioning Galih the cyclist, it gradually turned out that UAD is the largest university in Jogja, a private one, with 5 campuses, 4000 new students, 60000 in total.
Therefore a suitable opening ceremony is needed to welcome those juniors. After some moderately effective rambling finally we were seated at the VIP section, just at the same level with the performaces.
Someone told the ceremony has been going on for 5 days, thats why the campers.
